RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our policy does not accept any returns due to hygiene reasons. Please check our Size Guide before you finalise payment on your order - sizing is accurate - unfortunately we cannot offer a return or exchange for change of mind reasons and after wear. We do not accept refunds at all.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Orders from some countries may be subject to local customs and duties fees upon arrival. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by Euro Swimwear. Some orders may experience customs delays.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We do not accept exchanges for worn items due to hygiene reasons. If items are damaged or defective on arrival (which should not happen as we do quality checks before sending our items) then items may be replaced. Item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item/s.

  • Euro Swimwear tends to run smaller than most other swimwear brands. If you are unsure of your size we usually recommend going one size up from what you normally wear.

  • Yes, all swimwear styles have padding which is also removable depending on your personal preference.
